Refund policy
Cancellation Policy for Equipment Rentals
- For orders canceled more than 48 hours before the event date, customers will receive a rain check equal to the amount paid for their order, made available for 1 year, or a full refund.
- For orders canceled 24-48 hours before the event date, customers will receive a refund minus a $50 deposit and restocking fee.
- For orders canceled within 24 hours of the event date, the amounts paid will be forfeited unless cancellation is due to inclement weather conditions, see below.
Weather-Related Equipment Cancellations
Living in Florida, we understand the possible need to reschedule events or select a different inflatable due to weather. If the event day weather is poor, there is no fee to cancel. The monies paid will either be refunded in full or held as a rain check for 1 year. If our crew has already loaded the inflatable and is en route, we will give a partial refund minus a $100 restocking fee and travel expenses.
Unless the weather is so bad that it poses a risk to your safety or our staff and equipment, we leave the decision to cancel up to you on days with a high chance of rain. Our main concern is high winds and rain. When winds blow higher than 15 mph, inflatables may become less safe.
Rain Checks
Rain checks can be used for another event within 1 year of the cancelled event date. They are dependent upon inflatable availability. Reasons that rain checks will not be given include:
- Lack of adequate electricity on site.
- Cancellations once our equipment or staff have been dispatched.
- The setup site is unsuitable (not enough space, uneven or unsuitable ground surface, unsafe, etc.).
- No adult present to sign for the order during the pre-arranged delivery time.
